Maritza Arroyo has practiced law since 1989. She served as an Assistant State Attorney for 10 years. In 1999, she began working in the law firm Wershow & Schneider, where she became partner in 2002. Maritza is the daughter of Cuban immigrants and knows some clients prefer to consult with a lawyer in their native language. She is happy to consult with clients in both English and Spanish.
Alison Talbert, a native of Gainesville, has practiced law in her hometown since 1990. She has served as an Assistant State Attorney from 1990 until 2001, when she began private practice with Wershow & Schneider. She became a partner in 2005. She practices in the areas of family law, collaborative law, criminal defense and dependency. With an undergraduate degree in psychology and prior counseling experience, she is able to interact and connect with clients who are going through a difficult time.
